Returns
JOGO Health Private Limited offers a 30-day refund policy from the purchase date. Beyond this period, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, the item must remain unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging. Please note that returns are not accepted for certain products, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Personal hygiene products
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Gift cards
- Digital software downloads
- Select health and personal care items
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please refrain from sending items back to the manufacturer directly.
In some circumstances, partial refunds may be provided for:
- Books with visible signs of use
- Opened media products (such as DVDs, CDs, VHS tapes, video games, software, vinyl records, cassettes)
- Products returned in a different condition than received, with damage or missing parts not caused by our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
This policy ensures a fair approach for both our customers and business while maintaining the quality and safety of our products.
Refund Process
Upon receiving and examining your returned item, we'll notify you via email about its arrival. This message will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied.
For approved refunds, we'll initiate the process promptly. A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method, typically your credit card. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you're expecting a refund but haven't seen it reflected in your account, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank statement to ensure you haven't overlooked the credit.
- Get in touch with your credit card issuer. Sometimes, there's a lag between when we process the refund and when it shows up on your statement.
- Contact your bank directly. Financial institutions often have their own processing times for refunds, which can cause additional delays.

Sale Items and Refunds
We offer refunds only on regularly priced merchandise. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds.
Exchange Policy
We provide exchanges exclusively for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for an identical replacement, please email us at info@jogohealth.com.
Gift Returns
For gifts that were purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, you will receive a gift credit equivalent to the value of the item when it is returned. Once we process the return, we will send you a gift certificate by mail. If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase, or if the sender had the item delivered to themselves before gifting it to you, the refund will be credited to the actual purchaser. In this case, the gift giver will also be notified of the return.
Shipping for Returns
Please be aware that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location. For returns valued over $75, we suggest using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot ensure that we will receive your returned item.

JOGO Health stipulates a 3-week period for refunds, starting from the date of invoice.
