Currently serving as the Chairman and CEO of IQVIA, Ari Bousbib joined the board of JOGO Health in 2019. His career is one that's studded with impressive milestones. Since 2007, Ari has served on the board of directors of The Home Depot. He is also a member of the Harvard Medical School Health Care Policy Advisory Council. Ari was appointed by the President of the United States, in 2008, to serve on the President's Commission on White House Fellowships.

Prior to IQVIA, Ari Bousbib held several prestigious positions at United Technologies Corporation (UTC), Otis Elevator Company's parent organisation, Pratt & Whitney, Sikorsky Aircraft, and Hamilton Sundstrand. In 1997 Ari joined UTC and served as the COO of Otis in the year 2000, after which he was promoted to the President and CEO in 2002.

Later, in 2008, he took over as the President of UTC Commercial Companies and held executive leadership responsibilities for the global operations of UTC Power, Otis, Carrier, and UTC Fire & Security. Under his leadership, the company generated 36 billion USD in annual revenue with and army of 150,000 employees worldwide.

Ari also served as a partner in Booz Allen Hamilton. He joined the global management and tech consultation firm in 1987 as an associate and was elected to its partnership in 1992.

Siva is the proud owner of 2 US patents and has over 25 years of unmatched experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has also served for six years as the General Manager of IQVIA, which acquired his previous venture, Semantelli, an AI-based drug safety detection and healthcare social media analytics platform. IQVIA acquired Semantelli, an AI-based drug safety detection and healthcare social media analytics platform, which was his previous venture.

Dr. Gordon Silverman, Professor Emeritus and Chair of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Manhattan College, is the "GO" in JOGO. He, along with Dr. Joseph Brudny, the "JO" in JOGO, are the pioneers responsible for creating the fully-functional EMG biofeedback unit in the 1970s. Late Dr Brudny was the Director of the Sensory Feedback Unit at ICD Research and Rehabilitation Center in Manhattan.

Dr. Silverman has had a flourishing professional career spanning more than five decades of teaching, consultation, and research. During his tenure, he has built several scientific instruments used for physiological and psychological research. Dr. Silverman also holds eight patents, some on aspects concerning behaviour modification. Apart from writing several books and journal articles, he co-authored "Cognitive Science: An Introduction to the Study of the Mind." In addition to working at The Rockefeller University and Fairleigh Dickinson University, Dr. Silverman is also an expert in telemedicine, Artificial Intelligence, biomedical instrumentation, and rehabilitation medicine

Gary Krasilovsky, PT, PhD, SST, served as Associate Professor and Department Chair of the Hunter College, DPT Program, City University of New York, from 1992 to 2018. Dr, Krasilovsky's career spans over forty years that has seen him in various prominent roles like researcher, educator, and clinician. Earning his PhD from New York University, he has also served as Senior Physical Therapist at New York University Rusk Institute for Rehabilitation Medicine. At the Jerry Lewis Muscular Dystrophy Clinic, he worked in inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation and part-time physical therapy.

In collaboration with Dr. Joseph Brudny, Dr. Krasilovsky conducted studies on EMG feedback and transcutaneous nerve stimulation for chronic pain in post-cerebrovascular accident patients. He received advanced training in the electrodiagnostic department and trained medical residents there on diagnostic EMGs.

Dr. Krasilovsky served as Chief of Physical Therapy at Norwalk Hospital in Connecticut before returning to NYC and Hunter College. During his tenure at Hunter, he taught clinical neurology, therapeutic exercise, adult neurological rehabilitation, and electroneuromyography.

Apart from all these accomplishments, Dr.Krasilovsky has also contributed to peer-reviewed journals and textbooks on various topics related to physical therapy and neurology. He has made immense contributions to multiple design versions of the EMG biofeedback system that is today JOGO. Dr. Krasilovsky is also certified as a Schroth scoliosis therapist.

Dr. Sunder is a highly respected specialist in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a graduate in Indian Music, and a practicing ergonomist. He is the CEO of PREM ERGO SOLUTIONS, offering ergonomic consultancy to various companies.

He is the first Indian author of the well-known TEXTBOOK ON REHABILITATION MEDICINE. In 1996 Dr. Sunder founded the Freedom Trust, which conducts camps for physically disabled individuals and provides free appliances like artificial limbs and calipers. He has organized over 1100 camps and enabled mobility to over 35,000 people in 12 states.

For this yeoman service, he has received the President’s Award for service to the disabled, the highest national honour, and he is the State awardee for Best Doctor. He has also been honored by the Rotary district, the Lions international, the IAPMR, the Rukmani trust, the Tanker foundation and the Raja Muthiah Chettiar Trust with lifetime achievement awards. He received the Best Doctor award from the IMA in 2015 and 2023, and is currently the President of the Chennai South Branch.

He has been conferred four national orations at the Indian Association of Occupational health, the Bengal oration at the national conference of the Indian Association of Physical medicine and Rehabilitation, and has won the Dadhichi award, the highest given to a senior physiatrist.

He is also the President of the Chennai South Branch. He is a professional Carnatic music performer and a guru and was awarded the prestigious “KALAIMAMANI”, from the state of TAMIL NADU.

Uma Venkatesa is a pelvic floor physiotherapist certified by the American board with over 30 years of experience. She has closely collaborated with gastroenterologists, urogynecologists, and obstetrician-gynaecologists in pelvic floor physiotherapy rehabilitation. From 1992 until 2000, Uma has worked for several hospitals, ACLFs and Women's/ Pelvic Rehab Clinics in Tampa, Florida. She has immense experience in antenatal and postnatal care and handling patients with aches, pains, incontinence, breast cancer and stroke.

Uma has trained several physiotherapists through her workshops on pelvic floor dysfunctions. She has played a big role in creating awareness about pelvic floor health in corporates, educational institutions, and women's forums. Several of Uma's scientific papers have been presented at scientific meetings. Moreover, her two-and-a-half-year study on interferential therapy for incontinence received the Best Physiotherapist Award from the State and National Indian Associations of Physiotherapists Conferences in 1991.

Charles Jesudasan is a pharma sales & marketing professional having 25 years of experience across multiple therapies & specialties. He started his career at Sanofi in1997 as Medical Representative, got promoted on fast track as the youngest Area Manager at the age of 25, and the youngest Regional Manager in June 2005.

As a Regional Manager at Sanofi, Charles grew his regional CAGR at 16% compared to the 12% national CAGR, thanks to his consistent team building, customer engagement and brand building discipline.

In 2012, Charles started his career in marketing as Sr. Product Manager at Sanofi Mumbai and soon got promoted as Marketing Manager & Marketing Head, handling brands worth 170 crores+ across LCM & strategic projects.

In June '18, he joined Abbott India as the Business Unit head for Neurolife (475+ team size) and scripted the BU turnaround winning the Best BU award for 2019 & most profitable BU across Abbott. He moved to Abbott healthcare to turn around the CNS BU in 2020 & was again successful in driving leveraged P&L with strong double digit growth in 2021.

Charles has a B.Pharm, PGCBM -XLRI and MMM from Pondicherry University. He has contributed to the pharma industry by developing many first and second line managers in sales, marketing and training, while maintaining high ethical standards and values.

He was awarded the Best Mentor in 2017, Brand Excellence Awards (3/6 yrs: 2012-2018), Twice nominated the OPPI awards, MD's trophy for Best RBM (2007-2009), OCS Trophy (1997-1999), Best BU in Abbott.

Dr Vivek Arkalgud Nagaraj, MBBS, MS Orthopedics, graduated from Banaras Hindu University in 2007. With a background in agriculture, he pursued education in Hubli, Karnataka, excelling in academics with a state government merit seat for MBBS. Currently serving as a Consultant Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Specialist at Fortis Malar Hospital, he has held notable positions at Chettinad Healthcity and Parvathy Hospitals, Chennai.

Dr. Vivek has an impressive track record in performing over 3000 complex trauma surgeries, with a special focus on complicated intraarticular fracture management. He has conducted more than 1000 knee arthroscopic surgeries and has experience in hip and knee replacement surgeries. His commitment to advancing orthopedic practices is evident through his organization of Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions and live demonstrations, featuring internationally and nationally renowned surgeons.

He has received several accolades, including the A.K. Gupta Gold Medal for best paper presentation and securing a top rank in the All India Postgraduate Entrance Exams. Dr. Vivek has actively participated in conferences and symposia, contributing to orthopedic literature through various publications and co-authoring chapters in surgical textbooks.

Dr. Nagaraj's expertise, dedication to patient care, and contributions to the field of orthopedics make him a valuable asset to any healthcare institution.

Mr. Karthik R. Rao joined JOGO as the Head of Quality & Training and climbed up the ladder to become the Director – Clinical Operations.

After completing his graduation in Physiotherapy, he pursued his career in Pediatric Physiotherapy by completing the course on Developmental Therapy.

He worked for 10 years at The Spastics Society of Tamilnadu, Chennai (2004-2013). He initially joined as the Course Coordinator and then was promoted as HOD of Physiotherapy Department and later as the Senior Manager. He ran a pediatric speciality centre called Shrishti Child Development Centre from 2006-2020. He has seen more than 6000 cases with neuromuscular disorders across various age groups. He strongly believes in Parent Empowerment as the corner stone of successful intervention in pediatrics.

He worked as a consultant for the department of Rehabilitation Research and Device Development (R2D2), IIT Madras. He was part of the Dissemination Team that was tasked with training and certifying therapists across the length and breadth of the country for the revolutionary, indigenously made sit-to-stand ARISE Wheelchair.

He pursued the Certification in Sensory Integration from the University of Southern California, USA in 2006 and also completed programmes on Aquatic Therapy and Bobath-NDT programme for the treatment of neuromuscular disorders like stroke in a career spanning 21 years.

He is a Master Trainer and has conducted more than 80 workshops across the country for various target audiences that include doctors, therapists, special educators and parents of children with special needs. He was invited by Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat as a Resource Person (2014)

He was the Secretary of Aquatic Therapy Network of India (ATNI) (2017-2020), a pan India organization for promoting the benefits of water based therapies.

He was the course writer for the certification programme on EARLY CHILDHOOD SPECIAL EDUCATION offered by INDIRA GANDHI NATIONAL OPEN UNIVERSITY (IGNOU) and also authored a book on BASICS OF DEVELOPMENTAL THERAPY.

He is a member of The Indian Association of Physiotherapists and Member of The Rehabilitation Council of India.

Dr Ruchi D. Shah, MBBS, MD Pharmacology is a Senior Medical Advisor at JOGO Health. She completed her M.B.B.S. from the prestigious GGMC and Sir J.J. Group of Hospitals, Mumbai in 2012, and M.D. Pharmacology from Govt. Medical College, Miraj in 2017. She is a recipient of the academic excellence award of Gold Medal in MD Pharmacology by the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.

She started her career at Wockhardt Pharma in 2018 as a Medical advisor in Diabetes and Metabolics and joined Johnson and Johnson in 2021 where she worked as a Medical lead in Dermatology and Baby health portfolio. A highly professional medical advisor with good experience in the pharma and consumer health industry. Implemented medical strategies and effectively handled all the products of the portfolio. Actively involved in providing continuous support for all organizational activities. Possess excellent leadership, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills as well as the ability to develop strategic ideas for continuous growth.
